    Just because you have done a certain diet does not mean you are an expert and can write a book on it. These sisters have no research to back up anything they say. It comes accross like gossip they heard while at a game of bunco. The pictures in the book look like they were shot through a dirty lense and faxed to a publisher. I thought publishing a book was suppose to be difficult but they obviously found a company suffering from the economic downfall and would publish anything. The uneducated comments like avoiding hand cream, lip balm, and medicated ear drops are ridiculous. They state themselves “we know it doesn’t make since with our common knowledge, but it also doesn’t matter that it doesn’t make since”. I have never written a review before but this book gives such bad advice that I felt I had to do it. I am currently on the diet and reccommend it but NOT this book.

    I didn’t find this booklet all that helpful. Just use your own creativity and don’t get so hung up on the small stuff.

    Not that many ideas worth mentioning. Also, doesn’t follow Dr. Simeons protocol exactly. Not worth the money!

    Expensive, but worth it. Lots of great recipes and things to try. Makes the deprivation much easier. Wish I had it from day one.

    This has to be the best book I ever had to help us through this rigorous diet. It made the idea of plain food diet exciting and enjoyable. We stayed on the diet for the entire 43 days because of the recipes in this book. They are as they claim within the 500 calories recommended. This book is a must have if you plan on doing this type of diet.
