What style of cuisine is the best in the world?

Chinese is my fave because it has the most variety of styles (from Cantonese to Sichuan to Hunan and on and on), uses the most varied ingredients (diff veggies, meats, seafood), and uses the most diff styles of cooking (bbq, steam, bake, fry, etc.). Chinese have been cooking for thousands of years, it takes time for perfection. And please no one say American food….

what is the gravy poured on rice called that you get in asian restaurants?

e.g. it is served on plain white rice, and also sometimes with chinese roast pork and bbq pork. It is a brown type sauce. What is it called, or what is in it?

Is this too much for dinner?

-1 cup of cooked jasmine rice (white long grain)
-3 small pieces (each piece is around thumbsize) of char siu (chinese bbq pork)
-4 pieces of steamed bak choy
i am 16, 5′7 and 98 pounds
