Barbecue

I tried CLR rust remover and got lots off, but it is still rusty. Is it unsafe to cook on it, and is there anything I can do right now. Hardare stores are closed and I want to cook tonight????

What temp and how long?
- using a metal pan

just fire up the kitchen range…?? I can barbecue a whole meal on the grill outside or stay in the kitchen and cook there too, but which is more economical or is there not much of a difference?
I’ll be using charcoal, not gas.
In the kitchen, I have an electric range.

Need it simple,as the guys are cooking them.Dont want them overcooked and chewy.

I love Barbecue Chicken, Ribs, and even Hot Dogs! I know Hot Dogs are not good but I only eat a few per week. Do you have healthy recipes I can try? Thanks.

I’m a new veggie with a nice back yard and a grill.

No matter how high I cook it on, the bacon will not crisp. I have tried low fat bacon and I have tried a cooking rack. All on 350 to broiling and still can not get crisp outsides which also overcooks the shrimp.

Why do northerners think barbecue means cooked outside over a grill, burgers, hot dogs, steaks? Anyone from the South or Texas knows what barbecue really is.
Barbecue is a style of slow cooking. No grill involved and the putting sauce on meat does not make it barbecue.
