Barbecue

a while back I had some barbecue chicken at a family friends house. It was the best that I have ever had. It looked way over cooked on the outside and wasnt appealing to the eye at all. It was dry and crispy on the outside but was extremely tender and had awsome babecue flavor. does anybody have a barbecue chicken recipe that is similar to this. or have any tips?

Hello everybody, does anybody know how I can make the perfect barbecue ribs? Any good recipes?? I bought babyback ribs (just plain ones, previously frozen) from the grocery store. I don’t really know how to prepare them either.
